The mission of this organization shall be:
-To operate the youth softball, baseball and volleyball programs for the youth of the New Richmond School District.
-To instruct these youths in the fundamentals of softball, baseball and volleyball.
-To teach and enforce good sportsmanship both in winning and losing. -To instruct leadership, teamwork, and responsibility in all participants.
-To provide an organized activity, within the district, to discourage apathy and discontent among the youth of this community.  
-To instill values of integrity and community relationship among our players, coaches, and the community.
-To provide the opportunity for every interested child to participate in softball, baseball and volleyball.
